food is great!! we sat at the bar and place was packed with good reason its amazing!! cook/server clearly very talented and excellent at his job. cash only but they do have an atm on site. will definitelytelybe returning - my new favorite breakfast spot

First, the food was fantastic. They make their own bread and it tastes amazing. The service is quick and our server (Tracy) was very kind. Overall, the restaurant has great diner vibes!
I'll start with the men that prepared my food, cooked it right in front of me, unbelievable how everything they put together was like a great talent that only Ted and Chris could preform, just fabulous everything, omelets, French Raisin toast, the whole menu is fabulous. The service is beyond great, their kindness, they never write an order down and Tracy is just unbelievable she keeps everything in order, never misses a beat. The whole staff is wonderful. This diner is very clean, seating is large, and you're always treated like family. Try it you'll love everything and if by chance you don't like something or something wasn't right tell them and they respect that and will make it good. Just a great place, thank you.
I came up from Florida to beat the heat and my brother took me to Wades. WOW!!! I travel the world and Wade's is my favorite breakfast place HANDS DOWN. I was skeptical ordering my favorite - Eggs Benedict - bit the chefs said not to worry AND WERE THEY EVER RIGHT!! Just delicious. And what a varied menu. I can't say enough good things about this place. We sat at the bar and watched the cooks so their thing so we escaped the long line of people on a Tuesday morning waiting for a table ... but even if I had to wait, it would have been well worth it. As an aside ... I'm stopping in on my way back to SYR airport to bring home a couple loaves of their cinnamon bread.
This breakfast diner is a staple of the Oswego community. When people return to Oswego for a visit after moving away, Wade's is one of the places that is considered a "must visit". Ownership has changed hands and the restaurant had to be rebuilt after a fire so things will look at lot different , but rest assured the food is as great as you remember it. The new owners were smart enough to realize that you don't fix something that's not broken. Still all of the favorite menu items that made them famous, with a lot of added items. If you've never been there, make sure to try the homemade raisin toast. If you get there early you can even buy a loaf to take home with you. HIGHLY recommend this place!
WOW!!!!!! What an incredible diner... a true gem !!! Clean and welcoming.... I had the corned beef hash and eggs ....amazing ... BEC on a English muffin looked awesome along with the bacon and cheese omelette that I grabbed a taste of was awesome too... but the Cinnamon Bun pancake was to die for !!!! .... Don't miss this one !! PS .... The ATM is in the entryway
